I think part of it is that BK requires that the WRs are top notch blockers and, pure speculation here, many of the lower rater receivers are probably more likely to do that in high school. Do schools like Alabama not require their young WRs to block or can they teach them to block in less than three seasons? Thought you said recruiting not recruit. Especially this year, early rankings are going to be suspect. For me, quality of other offers is what is probably best indicators of talent. 2021 fall season will also give everyone a chance to shine so I imagine that there will be more movement in recruit rankings than in an average year. His high school team camped at Bama snd Ole Miss he wasn't there on his own. He also commented on all of the people on the message boards talking about he's only a low 3 star and ND wasting a spot on the roster. Now he's blowing up and is an Under Armour All American.
