Almost ten years ago on the dot. tOSU probably loses that game without Ginn Jr., here's to a different, ND positive outcome.

I love it... What a huge game. Yeah I wish they didn't have two assistant coaches that know our entire playbook... but it's still awesome!

If our offense can score around 38 it will be close.

Buckle up!!!!

OSU will be playing angry!!! Irish trying to show they are elite!!!

Soooo many story lines for this one!!!!

Recruiting battles.

St. Urban spurned the Irish once upon the time...

Former Cinci coach takes on THE OSU...

Kizer plays against home state school...

I know I'm missing some...what are they?

Bring em on! I don't want some cakewalk crap game where we don't get any credit if we win. What weve heard all year is we dont have any quality wins, well we definitely have been given another shot to get that monkey off our back now.

We've competed with 2 of the best teams this year, it's not 2005 anymore we can compete with anyone

Probably the best matchup outside of the playoff games.

They will score over 35 I am sure of that, so our offence needs to play their best game. I thought this was the year we would end our major bowl win drought but this is probably our toughest matchup.

Probably the best team ND could have got matched up with to show they are elite but osu is too much i see a loss here.

Will we have James Onawalu and Jarron Jones for this game?

This is what I wanted. Fellas- we lost by a total of 4 points to the #1 team and the #6 team. Have some faith.

I see a loss here too.

I also see a win.

Just like going into the games against Texas, Georgia Tech, Navy, Clemson, USC, Temple, and Stanford.

Notre Dame can make the big plays against the best that college football has to offer. We made at least 100 big plays against those teams, and we just needed two more to ranked number one.

There is no doubt in my mind we played a tougher schedule than Ohio State did. By far. They lost to the team we owned over the last four years. We just need to keep the faith, play to our ability, and make a couple more big plays.

Ohio State is GARBAGE.

We are going to lay the wood on these whiny ****s.

We're going to beat them so bad Urban Liar is going back into retirement.

Here's to the new year!

Oye. I see a lot of big plays given up by BVG's defense.

Elliott scares me as does Barrett but we shut down Mcaffrey so I am optimistic. Our secondary flat out sucks so I expect Miller, Thomas, their tight end is good and they have a few descent receivers Marshall is one I'm sure we'll hear their name alot.

Two coaches I don't want to go against with close to a month to prepare, Saban and Meyer. Not feeling good about this one.

Escucho bien. Pero el equipo es más de un hombre.

They're passing game this year has been terrible, they're 104th nationally in passing offense.

They won't be able to expose our secondary the way some teams would

I actually like this matchup for ND. OSU isn't what they were at the end of last year. I was dreading that we were going to get a high-tempo spread offense team, but maybe not as much as BVG would have been.

We'll get some guys back on defense which will help and we should be able to score on them.

Gives us the opportunity to beat an "elite" team on NYE, I'll take it.

Go hardor go home with the tail between thy legs!
We've been waiting for our team to step up & become one of the elite again. It's time to recocognize that you have play big teams through & through. Nancies may get off at the next station.
